Xfce 4.4 on Cygwin

Thank you very much for posting this information. I've had some
trouble in the past getting a working version of 4.4 on cygwin, but
now I can just build it myself. By the way do you happen to know which
mirror you used for installing cygwin, and which version of gtk you
installed?
