Xfce 4.4 on Cygwin

Hi all,

- From time to time, we're are asked about Xfce on Cygwin...

I took some time myself, booting in Windows, installing Cygwin,
downloading Xfce source from current SVN trunk so I could try and see by
myself.

It took me quite a few time, but I can say that Xfce 4.4 can be built
and ran on Cygwin. It's not necessarily easy, but it's doable...

It requires a fairly recent Cygwin installation with all libraries and
headers, and a bit of time to waste.

The following patches are needed and should be included sooner than later.

PS: I did not bother building DBUS on Cygwin, so there is no desktop
icon support. Maybe the next time.
