Focus stealing prevention doesn't do anything?

This works OK for me with Gaim. Note that each application has to
support focus stealing prevention as well as the WM. I believe gtk 2.6
or 2.8 will cause all gtk-based apps to support it (though occasionally
the app developer needs to provide special hints).

Also, what are you expecting, exactly? The point of focus stealing
prevention is to avoid moving the keyboard focus from one window to
another *while you are typing*. If you haven't typed anything for some
amount of time, the new window will still get the focus.
