Xfce 4.4 on Cygwin

haha, i don't blame you... using xfce in cygwin/x is the only way I
can work in windows.

I downgraded libfontconfig from 2.4.1-3 to 2.2.2-1 and it ended up
building, so don't worry about trying to rebuild xfce4-panel (unless
your interested in the errors the makefiles give when building with
the newer libfontconfig)  (you probably have 2.2.2 still installed
anyway, so you'd have to go through the cygwin setup again to update
any out of date packages) . However, the cygcheck -c output would
still be useful for comparison when you get a chance, but no rush
since everything is working for me now, with only a couple background
errors that don't seem to affect anything (so far anyway).
