T appened to dll files on xfce4-panel make install (Cygwin)

Well now that I've finished building and tried to launch it I only get
an xfce menu on my panels and add item dialog only has the xfce menu
in its list. So I assume my plugins did not install sucessfully after
all. I'll keep the list posted if I figure anything out, but any tips
would be greatly appreciated.

Also, by the way when doing make install for xfce4-session I got the
same error for these dll files: libbalou.dll.aT libmice.dll.aT
libsimple.dll.aT splash_settings.dll.aT
