How to backup and restore XFCE configuration?

I'm going to give this a try when I get home.

I also have a custom menu, which is saved to ~/.config/somewhere/menu.xml.
For some reason only part of "MyMenu" is showing up at my PC at work.
Maybe it's related to the same ~/.cache/sessions issue.
