How to backup and restore XFCE configuration?

I downloaded the installer at work about 1-2 weeks after installing it on my
PC at home, so It is the same version.  Stefan Stuhr said that I need
to copy this directory:


Try to copy the ~/.cache/sessions/ directory - it contains your saved
session.
