startxfce4 without listening on tcp?

Helloo aagain,

I have figured out some stuff like:

  - Create an alias which passes server options to xinit. Which means
each user has to care about the good parameters.
  - I'm pretty sure its up to the shell script, that uses xinit, to pass
    options for the server too.
  - startxfce4 could be patched to put a default xserverrc script as
parameter to xinit (dunno about the compatibility with sh).
See the attached patch. Of course it works, but I'm not sure the
substitution is a portable solution. IINW only bash knows about
    this kind of substitution.
  - Could/Should there be a xserverrc file in the $BASEDIR? Or should
it only be left in /etc/X11/xinit?

I will make a little bit more investigations this week end.

*Yawn*eers,
Mike
