moving windows with mouse

I disagree, in 4.2 I don't see these options at all. Is this a 4.4-only
option? If it is I may look at upgrading pre-Dapper. I still don't know
why Xfce uses MOUSE2 to resize instead of MOUSE3, like every other
window manager I've used :-/

The number of times I've done alt+MOUSE2 on a window and panicked as it
disappeared behind the window below!
