[ANNOUNCE] Cpu Frequency panel-plugin 0.0.1

Hello,

I've written a Cpu Frequency plugin for the Xfce panel (svn).

It provides following features:
* shows the frequency and the governor of the cpu you specified
* it supports more than one cpu
* shows in a dialog all cpus with this informations:
	- cpu number
	- cpu driver
	- all available frequencies
	- all available governors
* you can also specify the time interval in which the plugin should be
    updated

A friend and me have tested this plugin for a few days and so far ran
very well. But this doesn't mean it has bugs. So please inform me if you
have found one. I will see what I can do.

Also some features in next versions would be:

* Change the governor
* Change the frequency (if governor is "userspace")
