regarding xfsm-shutdown-helper !!

Hi,
       When I click the power button on the xfce4 panel, I get the windows
asking for shutdown/reboot/log off.

How do I get by default always the shutdown option (radio button)  to be
selected, I notice, the log-off is selected by default, I want it to set to
reboot or shutdown, how do I do that ??
