Right Click over it and select customize panel. There you select
'panel 1' (the taskbar) and then click on the '-' button.

Run  xfce-setting-show and there select "Window Manager Tweaks". Then,
on cycling tab you check "cycle through windows from all workspaces".

On xfce-setting-show, select keyboard. There's a tab where you set
your keybindings
