newbie questions

Hi all,

I've recently installed xfce4 on my linux box (I come from fvwm). First of all
I would like to remove the task bar, since I don't use it. I would like when I
hit Alt+Tab view all programs running in all desktops, not only those running
in the current desktop. And finally, how could I configure xfce4 to swith to
next desktop using Alt+arrows? What about keybindings? Is there a
command/menu/whatever to view all the default key bindings?
