Where to report bugs?

Of course. See, I am a Gentoo user. You probably know the Gentoo Social Contract for the
distribution developers. So, in a perfect world, if I encounter problems with any software, I
would post them to the distribution's bugzilla or forum or whatever. There it would be
determined whether to report upstream or not. But, on the other hand, you probably know some of
the interna of the Gentoo Developer Community, I mean particuliarly the DevRel and the UserRel
teams, that aren't either accepted by the developers or by the users. I often found, that my
problems are faster taken care of by the upstream teams, that's why I subscribed to this list.
