SESSION_MANAGER is set to "local/localhost:/tmp/.ICE-unix/810". I see
that the process ID of the session manager is also 810, so presumably
that is correct?

If I try to look at the actual contents of the file, I get an error
"/tmp/.ICE-unix/812: No such device or address", but I imagine that is
OK and it's just the name of the file that matters?
