program running in all desktops

I'm unfamiliar with the app, but, if it runs in a terminal, make its 
terminal "sticky" by clicking the leftmost button in its terminal window, 
and selecting the sticky option.  Or, if it doesn't, select the leftmost 
button in ITS window and do likewise.
