Unable to get the desktop menu when right clicked on desktop.

Hello,
       I am a new convert to xfce. Prior to that, I was using Gnome. I
am very satisfied with the working of this light weight window
manager. But I have run into a problem.

Yesterday, I installed a shell emulator called Yakuake in Linux
running xfce. Before that I was able to get the desktop menu on xfce.
But after this program started, even when I right click on the
desktop, nothing is happening. I believe that it has to do with the
configuration parameters because I tried logging in using another user
account and I did not find any problem.

I would like to know what is  causing this problem and how to remove
this. I searched for .xfce directory in my home folder and couldn't
find it. Also I tried deleating config/ folder which also did not
solve the problem.

I would appreciate your help.
