Nvidia and multihead

That's definitely not the case.  The nvidia driver provides full 
acceleration with Xinerama and/or TwinView.  If that's not what you're 
experiencing, please email linux-bugs at nvidia.com with an 
nvidia-bug-report.log and details on how the problem can be reproduced, 
and I'll investigate further.
