I don't know.  That depends on where you have Xfce installed.  If it's
installed via your distro's packages, it's probably /usr (or rarely
/usr/local).  Running 'which xfce4-panel' from a terminal should tell
you.  If it says "/usr/bin/xfce4-panel", then the prefix is /usr.
