XFCE Menu: passing options?

Hello!

I'm having trouble with the xfce menu and passing options to programs. For
example, I want an entry to run screen in a terminal window and pass it a
screenrc configuration to populate several screens. So I setup an entry:

Command: screen -c <path to my screenrc>

check "run in terminal"

And while it opens a terminal and runs screen, screen appears to be
unaware of any options I pass it. What is the proper way to do this?

Running Gentoo and xfce 4.2.2.
