Thanks for the report. I'm sure this is my fault. I changed some thing 
in an attempt to fix bug http://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1316
.

Could you mail me the output of xprop for all the panels and the monitor 
layout you are using? I'll try to fix it this weekend.
