xfce4-xmms-plugin

Good afternoon (at least here in Argentina)
I'm trying to compile the xfce4-xmms-plugin and I get the following error:

checking for perl... /usr/bin/perl
checking for XML::Parser... configure: error: XML::Parser perl module is
required for intltool

I already have the perl package, and don't now what else I need.
Can anyone help me and tell me which dependency need first in order to
compile the plugin?
