ANN: xfce4-xmms-plugin 0.4.0 released

Hey all,

although we don't have a maintainer for it anymore, here comes the
0.4.0 release of the xfce4-xmms-plugin, which finally supports the Xfce
4.4 panel. It also features three new translations (Japanese, French and
German). Finally, the autotools setup was cleaned up.
