xfce4 question

Hello folks,

we happen to be migrating all of our desktops (currently on Mandriva +
IceWM) to brand new HP DX2200 boxes, our uses have been running icewm for
quite some time now and we are running XFCE4 now, we want our users to think
we are still running icewm because they are just used to it (the way it
looks and such, i know it might sound a bit lame) I was wondering if there
is a icewm theme for XFCE, and if not whats the best way to make it look
like icewm.

The main reason we switched over xfce is because it does not support startup
notifications, thats pretty much it, any help will be truly appreciated.
