gtk2 app problems while compiling thunar

xfce-mcs-manager beeing killed, so it doesnt manage gtk2 theme anymore.

If you use debian scripts, at install they run pkill -USR1 -f
xfce-mcs-manager to refresh it. On my system, that kills
xfce-mcs-manager completely
