Using KDE's clock instead of XFCE's clock

I was simply pointing out that if anyone is going to implement this,
then they should probably investigate eventual i18n issues before they
write too much code and too many translations are made. It may (or may
not) turn out that this kind of clock format in some languages is
incompatible with the way it's done in English. It would be nice if such
a plugin could work around such issues.
