How to configure panel on dual-head setup?

Hello everyone,
I finally set up my computer to run a dual-head system. I'm very happy
with how XFCE is doing this, with one exception: the panel on the
secondary monitor is always the default setup when I start X, which is
sort of annoying.
Now, what I could do is edit the default config files, but that really
is kind of an ugly solution, so I was wondering if any of you guys know
how to set up the secondary xfce4-panel to run off some config file
other than the default.

Anyone able to help me with this?
