How get window list and focused window?

The ruby script eutotrans.rb at http://forchheimer.se/transset-df/ is a
interesting tool to automatically set window opacity according to focus.
 It is written for enlightment, so I want to take some effort to make it
working under Xfce.

In eutotrans.rb, the author use these two enlightment-specific command:

1) eesh -ewait window_list  # to get ids of all the windows
2) eesh -ewait window_list | grep Focus # to get the id of focus window

Is there something equivenlant in Xfce?
