Brian,
That was the first thing I checked. The directories and contents are still
there, and they're listed as before in /etc/X11/xorg.conf. The contents of
those directories were not changed during the upgrade.
Strange, I know.
Anyway, that box is my development machine so the TTF and atmfonts are not
critical -- at least, not now.
