xfprint4 error

When i try to start xfprint4 or xfprint-manager I get this error:

** ERROR **: Unable to load printing system module cups_plugin.so
aborting...

I have the modules installed in /usr/lib/xfce4/xfprint-plugins/ 
and here are the permissions:

-rwxrwxrwx  1 root root  1219 2005-03-21 00:36 cups_plugin.la*
-rwxrwxrwx  1 root root 12948 2005-03-21 00:49 cups_plugin.so*

I even added myself to the group "root". Any ideas?
