Panel / sylpheed / systray bug

	Hi:

	I installed xfce 4.2.1.1, and panel was broken (when
performing xfce4-panel --version it returns 4.2.1). I downloaded the
panel 4.2.1.1 tarball and installed (now xfce4-panel --version
returns 4.2.1.1). It means xfce 4.2.1.1 tarball is not right.

	After that, systray appears broken. When sylpheed-claws refresh
its systray icon, it appears wrong (I attach an image). The 'sensible'
zone on the systray for sylpheed icon is also reduced.
