... and then build configurability into the menus eg. so that you can add
"lower" and maybe others (eg window info) to:

Maximize
Hide
Hide all others
Shade
Stick
Always on top
Send to
--
Close


... thanks for pointing out the ALT-WHEEL on the toolbar. That's really
