What you miss here is that the WM doesn't necessarily "knows" that the
user clicks or type within an application window.

The WM relies on the application to update its NET_WM_USER_TIME every
time the user performs an action.

See previous point. Again, my implementation is probably not perfect and
patch are welcome, but no hack please.
