Keith,

When using that option, I first have to click in a new window to make it 
active. I want to launch Thunderbird (click Icon), then launch xterm 
(shortcut: windows-t) and start su'ing (typing)... With "Automatically 
give focus to newly created windows" I first have to fucus xterm by 
clicking in it before i can use it...
