xfterm4, debian testing, xfce 4.0.6

Hello,
I noticed a problem recently with xfterm4: It does not launch the
terminal.
It happended after an 'apt-get upgrade', and i did not changes my
locales:
If i run xfterm4 in a terminal, I get :
$ xfterm4
uxterm tried to use locale en_US.UTF-8
locale: Cannot set LC_CTYPE to default locale: No such file or directory
locale: Cannot set LC_MESSAGES to default locale: No such file or
directory
locale: Cannot set LC_ALL to default locale: No such file or directory
$ locale
locale: Cannot set LC_CTYPE to default locale: No such file or directory
locale: Cannot set LC_MESSAGES to default locale: No such file or
directory
locale: Cannot set LC_ALL to default locale: No such file or directory
LANG=en_GB
LC_CTYPE=en_US
LC_NUMERIC="en_GB"

What should I change or set?
Note: If i just run 'xterm', it launches.
