Plugins not working with 4.2-RC3

Hello,

I just upgraded to the newest version of xfce4 and I am experiencing
some problems. The majority of my plugins are no longer working. I
upgraded from the site
http://radom.org/xfce/files/mandrake-10.1/4.2-rc3/

Do I have to upgrade all my plugins? If so does anyone know where I can
get some Mandrake 10.1 rpms? I would prefer to use uprmi and was
wondering what sites other Mandrake people are using. Or if failing
that, just somewhere I can download each rpm. Here are the errors I am
getting.
