How to start xscreensaver automatically when starting XFCE?

Thank you, but unfortunately I don't have any xdg directory in /etc/X11.
I use gdm as a login manager.
I added your command in $my_normal_user_home/.xinitrc and in
/etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc, but that still doesn't work... :-/
Any clue?
