He-he .. that would be my screenshot .. and the taskbar is already
there. It's just autohidden ;-)

Of course. Just don't run it. The taskbar is just an application called
'xftaskbar4'. Make sure you either kill it and save you session incase
you're using a session manager or edit your .xinitrc accordingly.
