xfprint4 issue

the /etc/printcap location being hardcoded is a conception error i have

oh yeah the functions for getting and setting the default printer in the
BSD-LPR module are empty; wouldn't be too hard to code. (once again fill
a bug report for this otherwise i'll forget)

i definitely think that i need to write a LPRng module for Xfprint but i
miss time
