xfmedia and utf-8

Unfortunately the tag library I'm using doesn't handle charset
conversion automatically, and (for example) MP3s don't have a standard
charset, so it could be almost anything.  I do make an effort to convert
 things to UTF-8 where possible, but there's only so much you can do.
