xfwm4 snap + keyboard shortcuts

Hi Olivier,

Some of us don't use the mouse (for speeding things up or because of  
accesibility problems). Snapping when moving windows using only the  
keyboard is at least as useful as it is when using the mouse.  
Personally, I think it would be much more useful, because when using  
the keyboard to move windows you cannot move a window for only a few  
pixels (as when using a mouse) because there is a minimum threshold set  
by default.

I must stress out that Xfce is overall a *great* environment when using  
only the keyboard. Except some little quirks here and there, like the  
one above reported by Adriano.
