keyboard skipping keys

Do you have an USB keyboard? If so, try fiddling with EHCI, UHCI and 
OHCI in your kernel.

After cleaning out my kernel on a USB 2.0 only system, I thought that i 
didn't have to compile USB 1.x in... This resulted in a slow, almost 
unusable keyboard and the mouse's scroll wheel didn't work either...
