It is an Xfce goody, so the correct list would be 
xfce-goodies-dev at lists.berlios.de

I'm not sure it is totally unmaintained, though, so you'd better contact 
the author about it too: Bob Schlärmann (blackhole at atreidis.nl.eu.org 
is the address I found in the source)
