Terminal size -

.I can use the command
xfterm4 -geometry +125+275
to open a terminal window at a
particular screen location.

What must I add to increase its size
as with pressing CTRL+Right Button
and scrolling down to "Huge?"

I need the larger size, any help appreciated.
