XFce using only a keyboard

Hi, I have a really simple question. I have a computer with no mouse that I 
am trying to use XFce on. My scrrenshot looks just like the one at 
http://de.lunar-linux.org/xfce4/screenshots/snap_I.jpg

How do I access the panel on the bottom of the screen using only the 
keyboard?

I found the the list of keyboard shortcuts at 
http://www.loculus.nl/xfce/documentation/docs-4.0/xfwm4.html but none of the 
seem to access the panel.
