Thanks for that response, too. I found 3 files for konsole.desktop:
/opt/kde/share/applnk/.hidden/kcmkonsole.desktop
/opt/kde/share/mimelnk/application/x-konsole.desktop
/opt/kde/share/applications/kde/konsole.desktop

Since they're all in a KDE folder, will I break something in KDE if I 
remove one/all of them? I don't use KDE anyway (hmm, perhaps I should 
just uninstall it then?).
