Spyros, Xfce 3 is available from the Xfce Subversion repository hosted
at foo-projects.org. Above is the command to fetch the sources from
there (and create a .tgz).

I checked out the sources and put up a package for you:
http://medusa.tutka.fi/~pasi/xfce4/xfce3.tar.bz2
