xkb keymap & xfwm4 problem

Hi people,

i'm writing to this list (and to Jochen Voss) because I've got some 
weird problems with my keymap and xfwm4.

Well, starting from the beginning:

i have a powerbook g4 15" running debian. I had to edit the keymap to 
get the corrects key, and I started with Jochen's work (gb and de 
keymaps). I edited the gb keymap to match the french keyboard.

Under metacity, everything runs fine, but xfwm4 behaves like if Alt 
(mapped on Mode_Switch) was always pressed. For example I can't click 
because the event generated is Alt+Click. Alt+A is mapped to "open 
terminal", so if I press A i can't get a "a" but it opens a terminal.

Xev doesnt show anything when I press 'a', as if xfwm4 was hiding it. I 
dont know what is the problem and how to solve it.

Does someone has a clue about it ?
