I added the xkb layout plugin, and then in xorg.conf i changed "us" to this "us,il" il=israeli. It used to work, on my previous install of ubuntu. On my fresh install it no longer works. Any ideas? I have both layouts working on Gnome. However, I don't think that option is what Gnome uses. Assistance appreciated.
