IIRC, support for this is being phased in already.

I'm pretty sure you want to qualify this with "for the default theme".
Most themes don't do that.

Generally, I don't have "annoyances" with Xfce and even when I wish
something were better, I call them "feature requests".  It's for the
devs' sakes.
